We ship via USPS and UPS, and regularly update our shipping options and pricing to better serve our customers. We often hear that packages arrive very quickly in most cases, but please allow 1–2 business days from when the order was placed, plus the shipping time indicated below, for your order to arrive. All orders are currently shipping out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All USPS & UPS mail holidays are observed and will typically add an extra day to shipping times. There may also be longer delivery times during the holiday season, due to USPS and UPS shipping times.

**We are currently only offering international shipping to Canada. For any other international shipping requests, please send us an email to info@heidsongs.com so we can discuss the options we have to offer, and see if we are able to ship to your country.**
Please know it can be expensive and often takes 10-21 business days in transit, depending on Customs and other delays. You can check the cost by using our online Shopping Cart, as prices range considerably depending on your location and the size of your order. This service calculation only covers shipped material tracked as it leaves the US and enters the destination country.... and not the details of arrival or further delays in Customs. If you’d like better tracking for specific details of delivery, those shipping costs are significantly higher and need to be arranged separately, so please contact us. Also, be aware that many countries charge duty or taxes on incoming shipments, so please be aware of these additional costs, as we find it difficult to keep up with the specifics of these fees worldwide. We now have most of our music CD's available on iTunes/Apple Music and video DVD's on HeidiSongs Online Video Streaming site for worldwide distribution, so please check out those options to help avoid shipping costs. Most of our printed materials are available as Adobe Reader .pdf files, and can be downloaded directly as well. Our DVD’s are region free, so there is no issue with playback in your country.
